Shipping policy

Every Atelier Petit order is prepared with care and dispatched as promptly as possible, so the piece you have chosen reaches your wardrobe in good condition. The information below explains how we handle your shipment, the timelines you can expect, and how to reach us if anything along the way isn't quite right.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Where Your Order Ships From

Atelier Petit pieces are dispatched from our international fulfilment centre. Because orders travel from overseas, transit times are longer than a domestic courier service, and the timelines below reflect that. We mention this up front so there are no surprises after you order.

Estimated Timelines

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays)

Delivery time: 6 to 8 business days after the parcel has been handed to the carrier

Total time from order to doorstep: 7 to 10 business days (1 to 2 days handling plus 6 to 8 days delivery)

These reflect an express international service. Just make sure your carrier consistently hits 6–8 days in practice — if a batch slips, it's worth widening the published range rather than eating the disputes.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee applies to every order and is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Any applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and shown alongside this fee, so the full amount payable is visible before you place your order.

Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number. The link to follow your shipment is sent to the email address on your order once it leaves our facility.

Where We Ship

Atelier Petit currently delivers exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all fifty states. We are not able to ship to international destinations, APO/FPO military addresses, or US territories at this time.

Customs and Import

Because orders ship from overseas, parcels may occasionally pass through customs inspection. We dispatch with all required documentation and cover any standard import processing, so no additional duties or fees are payable by you on delivery.

Following Your Parcel

The moment your order is handed to the carrier, an email arrives with a tracking number and a link to watch its journey through to your door. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to begin updating after dispatch, which is normal.

When Things Don't Go to Plan

The majority of shipments arrive comfortably within the windows above. On occasion, delays can occur due to:

  • Disruption to the carrier's own network
  • Customs or border processing
  • Weather events affecting transit routes
  • Heightened parcel volumes during peak retail periods
  • Other events outside of our reasonable control

Where we become aware of a meaningful delay affecting your specific shipment, we will reach out with an update as quickly as possible.

Address Errors and Failed Deliveries

We rely on the details you enter at checkout, so please double-check them before confirming. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise undeliverable, a member of our team will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. An additional shipping fee may apply in this case.

Missing or Misdelivered Parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, we suggest the following before contacting us:

  1. Check with anyone else in the household who may have brought it inside.
  2. Speak to neighbours, building staff, or property managers in case it was accepted on your behalf.
  3. Contact the carrier directly using the details on their tracking page.

If the parcel still cannot be found, email support@atelierpetit.com with your order number and we will investigate alongside you.
